Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. A 15% fee will be deducted from your refund for the item(s) returned to cover shipping and restocking costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Clean and free of stains, odors, hair, and damage
  • In original packaging

To start a return, contact us at hello@allertees.com. In your email, please include the order number and your name. We will respond within 5 business days. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return package must be sent/postmarked within 30 days of initial delivery.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once received, we'll inspect your returned item(s). If in original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
